Becky is Stephanie Ware, and for some inexplicable reason Show is nearly as obsessed with Stephanie as she is with Show. This is the only logical explanation I can come up with.

We do, however, need a Jane Averagefan character stat. If for no other reason than to show Jane Averagefan that Becky is Stephanie Ware, not Jane Averagefan.

I'm more creeped by Becky in what I've heard about this episode than I am by Stephanie. To my knowledge Stephanie has never made any actual attempt to engage in non-con anything with Jensen; Becky has with Sam. But Stephanie being meatspace and Becky being fictional, your point is well taken.
